I have written reviews before about how exceptional my experiences with Eric Tran, the manager have been. Once again, he goes above and beyond what you hope customer service will be. He arranged for me to experiences with Eric Tran, the manager have been. Once again, he goes above and beyond what you hope customer service will be. He arranged for me to have my car taken care of the day after he was back from vacation and Greg in the service department had the issue resolved in 5 minutes! This is my second Jaguar with this dealership and am sorry the other 2 weren't Even if I wasn't sure about getting another, I would, just to have the service Eric and his team provides. Getting a car is the fun part, every one wants to sell you one but when there are problems, it's the dealership management that matters most because a bad one will definitely have you looking somewhere else for your next car. I hope the owner sees this! A million thanks to ERIC AND GREG!!!! More

Horror show. Spent two weeks trying to purchase a car online. Cash buyer, did not even negotiate price. Just called and asked to buy the car. This would have been my 3rd Jaguar. Previous dealers were eas online. Cash buyer, did not even negotiate price. Just called and asked to buy the car. This would have been my 3rd Jaguar. Previous dealers were easy and pleasant to work with. Calls, voice mails and emails repeatedly not returned or returned slowly. Simple questions not answered or answered inaccurately. Contract paperwork did not match emails and discussions. Had to pull the pin and walk away after 15 days of delays. Felt like I was begging them to sell me a car. More

Jaguar Thousand Oaks refuses to take a $120,000 lease return When you lease $120,000 car you'd expect the return to be pleasant and have someone help you to lease a new car. I was received by Monica Elliott, Sales Administration, who called herself the Lease Manager, and she tells me, I can only return my F-Type R here if I leased it with them. I thought that sounded odd so I decided to look it up online and I found on Jaguars website that I can return it at any dealership period. I shared my discovery with her and then she changed her story. She now responded, yes but our lot if full so we can't take it. This is the Brand New Thousand Oaks Jaguar Location, they have a huge lot and trust me they had at least 40 empty spots... So I turn around pointing at the lot and I say really, no space. Then she reverted back to the previous excuse. At that point, I started raising my voice a little as I don't understand that they didn't even ask me to get another car with them... Obviously, I was going to get another Jaguar but definitely not from them. Conclusion, don't go there. More

Came in with my x-type to find out what it could not be smog checked. Told that car was fine and to come pick it up. I got less than 10 min away from service center and engine light came on. Brought the ca smog checked. Told that car was fine and to come pick it up. I got less than 10 min away from service center and engine light came on. Brought the car back right away and was told 2 days later that I suddenly had a $5700+ repair quote. When I asked why it was not diagnosed before (even though I had asked them to check same) I was told that now that the light was on they were able to diagnose where as before it was not possible. In my opinion very shady &/or incompetent. Either way they will never see my business again. More

Just purchased a 2008 550i from Dave at Silver Star. Not a high pressure salesman at all. Very friendly. Had us in and out of there in 45 minutes. Would definitely do business again with Silver Star. I located the car on the Internet and contacted Marian. She was very responsive, forthcoming and was super easy to work with. Initial contact was made on a Saturday and I could not get down to L.A. until t She was very responsive, forthcoming and was super easy to work with. Initial contact was made on a Saturday and I could not get down to L.A. until the following Friday. The deal was done and I drove it home the next day (only because of my schedule). Andrew, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with and only mentioned additional products but did not push too hard. The car was as advertised and the whole experience was excellent. More

We were trying to buy this Black GL 450 and we have been talking with the Salesman about this car, but when we got there it wasn't the car we had expected. I told him it was supposed to be a black one. He talking with the Salesman about this car, but when we got there it wasn't the car we had expected. I told him it was supposed to be a black one. He said "Oh, Marian didn't tell you? The black one has been sold!" Marian never mentioned anything about the car being sold. The whole entire time we were calling each other and talking about this car, the salesman never mentioned about the car being sold. I felt so cheated, stupid, and lied to. Well, you know salesman, they always lie. I emailed the Salesman about the garage door opener system to the car not working and he never responded. I waited for two weeks for him to respond, so I emailed him again. We'll see if he responds. More
