My experience with the service department regarding my 2019 Jaguar repair was extremely disappointing. I was given misleading information about the condition of my vehicle and the repairs it supposedly ne 2019 Jaguar repair was extremely disappointing. The explanations I received changed over time, making it difficult to trust what I was being told. When I asked questions, I didn’t receive clear or consistent answers. Instead of providing honest communication and accurate diagnostics, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that I was not being treated fairly. I expect a dealership service department to be transparent, knowledgeable, and honest. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here at Galpin I recommend that customers ask for all diagnoses, estimates, and repair recommendations in writing, and consider getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service department. More
