Outstanding guy, listened to me and didn’t try to push or pull, just very attentive to my requests and prompt with all the information I requested. Very patient and professional. This is the most important chapter of car buying, Silvio got it right and earned my business. Rest of the staff at the dealer was friendly, these guys waited for me to arrive at closing time on Xmas weekend, no pressure, easy 1,2,3. If you enjoy getting the complete runaround or being given leading prices that end up increasing by about $7k once they are done tacking on all their fees then I encourage you to shop here. A car advertised for $25,999 suddenly became $31, 499 with a trade-in and financing incentive OR $35,999 if I paid cash and had no trade in... That is not how I do business and I refused to do any further business with this dealership after being jerked around for almost a week with this nonsense. More
