Doug was especially helpful in describing all the high tech features and functionality of the vehicle before the sale and in setting it all up after the sale. Doug and Steve Newdigate Jr. worked with us in an innovative manner to be able to use all the GM incentives available to us and to meet or beat the net price of a competing dealer to secure our business. It was clear from the very beginning that they wanted us as customers and worked hard to secure the sale, never pressuring us along the way.
