Purchasing a car took way too long! I was satisfied overall, Garrett was a good salesman. But... I was there for over 5 hours for the whole process. I would suggest not making an appoint I was satisfied overall, Garrett was a good salesman. But... I was there for over 5 hours for the whole process. I would suggest not making an appointment to look at a car. Appointment times don't mean anything if they are busy with another customer. I found the car on the internet and stopped in to look at it on a Saturday. After waiting for almost an hour I was told that it hadn't been through service, they had no keys available, I was able to look at it but no test drive. I think they should wait until a car is ready before putting it on the internet. I made another appt. the following week. After waiting an hour I was told that it was still in service and I couldn't test drive again. I was contacted later that week and made an appt. on the weekend again. I waited 45 mins. before I was able to take the test drive. After the test drive we waited while he was with another customer for 45 for minutes. Finally after the back and forth with the deal we had to wait to sign the papers. We signed the papers, which is a long process anyway. The car was supposed to be getting tags and ready to go but when we were finished with the paperwork, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the tags to be put on. Everyone was very friendly, I will give them that, but it shouldn't take 5 hours to purchase a car, 2-3 maybe. If I would do it again, I would just stop in one day I would deal with one of the salespeople that are waiting at the door or walking the lot for new buyers. I believe I would have had a much better one on one experience. Garrett was busy, because he is a good salesman, but too many buyers at a time. More
