Staple in tire Bought the car the week before Christmas. From the first day one of the tires was losing pressure. Was told it was probably weather and to wait. Took it out and found a staple in tire and it could not be repaired. Had to purchase 3 new tires because of difference in tread wear. Replaced the defective tire free of charge. Was an expense I didn’t expect after just buying the car to purchase 3 new tires. Angela Feldkamp was a perfect example of good customer service. They did give some free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Was told it would get near the mileage I wanted after it broke in. MPG was my biggest priority. I’ve already put 3k miles on the car. It’s not getting the mileage I wish it would and now I’m stuck with it. Car runs great. The sales guy did a pretty good job figuring out what we needed. Wish I had pressed to try a few other vehicles with better mpg. The service department at Kia was the best I’ve experienced. Not sure it would be enough to make me buy there again. More
