Set up an appointment with Stephen, and my wife and I drove down to talk with Stephen. He already had the car I talked about cleaned and filled up for a test drive. The car rode better than I expected being a small car, handled great on the road, and a lot faster than a four cylinder I owned in the 70's. Sales experience I met my sales agent Noell Snyder on the lot 2 months ago to look at Sorentto's but was not ready to buy then. So Patient! I love my new car! Noell was extreamely patient answering all my questions and making sure that her answers were correct. Given that I spend hours for I love my new car! Noell was extreamely patient answering all my questions and making sure that her answers were correct. Given that I spend hours for multiple days researching the potential cars that met my criteria and even test drive a contender in a different dealership, it was a relief having someone with me who could be straight forward! The mountain of paperwork required to Buy a car is of course ridiculous but DJ made the process as easy as possible and took the time needed to ensure I understood everything. He even took a number of calls the following day. Honestly, you can't go wrong working with either Noell or DJ. Now let's just hope the Sweeney service department also lives up to it's reputation! More
