Don't buy a vehicle here.. If your honest on the GM survey as we were, they will refuse to work on your vehicle. (Our aveo went in for warranty work and the paint job was damaged. They fixed it but the survey as we were, they will refuse to work on your vehicle. (Our aveo went in for warranty work and the paint job was damaged. They fixed it but the car sat down there for 2 days. After numerous phone calls with no returns to see if it was finished, had to drive there and get the keys from a salesman because the service dept. went home 10 mins early). Luckily the warranty is through GM, so any Chevrolet dealership can work on it. We bought the car because the dealership is close by. Unfortunately for GM we are NOT buying another GM product. Its a waste of our time to have to take the car to another dealership in another town when there are other brand dealerships close by. I hope this is helpful to those of you looking to buy from eagle.. My first car came from here when it was Bramer Chevrolet, but there is no loyalty to the customer here. Oh, by the way... they still are sending us propaganda to come in for service on a car they refuse to service.. makes sense rite? We even went in to talk to Mr. James Provenzano about this...but got no were.. More
