THANK GOD FOR EAGLE CHEVOLET WE PURCHASHED A 2012 CHEVY MALIBU FOR MY HUSBAND IN MAY OF 2013 AND WE PURCHASED A 2009 BUICK LACROSS FOR ME EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OUR DEALER HARVEY AND GANG THEY GO MALIBU FOR MY HUSBAND IN MAY OF 2013 AND WE PURCHASED A 2009 BUICK LACROSS FOR ME EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OUR DEALER HARVEY AND GANG THEY GO OVER EVERYTHING OUR CREDIT WAS BAD! WE JUST RECENTLY WENT THRU A CONSOLIDATION WE EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION THEY LISTENED TO US DIDNT TRY TO CONVINCE US TO PURCHASE VEHICLE WE COULDNT AFFORD TO PURCHASE THEY REALLY WORK WITH YOU ! iTS NOT ALL ABOUT HOW MANY SALES THEY GET ITS ABOUT HOW THEY CAN HELP THE CUSTOMER GET THEM IN TO A NICE NEWER VEHICLE THAT IS RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE NOT LIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST DENOOYER IN COLONIE NY AND MOHAWK HONDA IN SCOTIA NY AND RENNESELEAR HONDA IN TROY NY AS LONG AS I AM ABLE TO BREATHE AND DRIVE IF I EVER NEED A VEHICLE AGAIN I WILL DEFINATELY GO BACK TO EAGLE I GAVE MY CAR INSURANCE RULLO INSURANCE IN LATHAM NY A BUSINESS CARD FROM HARVEY TO MY REP SO IF ANY OTHER MEMBERS NEED A NEWER CAR TO GO THEIR THANKYOU HARVEY AND ALL THE PEOPLE AT EAGLE GOD BLESS YOU ALL! It was the best experience we have had when buying a vehicle. Larry was very helpful, friendly, and listened to us about the price and payment we were able to make, and he worked with us on picking the vehicle. Larry and everyone at Eagle Chevy were so great to work with. They made our car buying experience so easy and convenient. This was our first Dealer experience since 1990. It was a no pressure experience with Jeremy or his manager. Also buying or leasing, the best time of the year is at the the end of the model year which I now no pressure experience with Jeremy or his manager. I had previously given a good review for this dealership. I have since changed my opinion. The salesman, was okay but, he did lie to us about certain things. Firstly, I informed him, I did not have a down pa I have since changed my opinion. The salesman, was okay but, he did lie to us about certain things. Firstly, I informed him, I did not have a down payment and, my trade was all I had to work with. He said that was no problem because, they were giving us a $1000. voucher and, THAT would act as a down payment! That was a lie because, they were insisting that we give them some cash! After telling him several times that I didn't have cash, I was refused for the car I wanted. He then called back and, told me, they could put us in a different car for less money. I said fine. Then I asked how much they were allowing us for my trade. He said, $2500. Lie #2! After we decided to buy a 2008 Ford Focus, he said, they would go through it with a fine tooth comb! Lie #3!! Less than 2 weeks later, it was back in the shop with both front wheel bearings blown out! They fixed them. Most of the trouble I had with them is the finance department. They released the car to me before they got their money from the finance company. Big mistake. Our credit was much less than perfect, I understand having to jump through hoops to get financing! They didn't have all the paperwork they needed so, they were annoying us every day up until today! The crap we went through was way too much! Even for someone with terrible credit! More
