In recent years I have lost faith in GM and their service departments, I have always owned a GM car or truck and was seriously thinking about another replacing my current truck with another manufacturers pro departments, I have always owned a GM car or truck and was seriously thinking about another replacing my current truck with another manufacturers product. I had a warrantee issue fix with this truck by another dealer only to have the same issue come up and was told it could not be repaired under warrantee, so I inquired at Eagle and Jason did some leg work and got the necessary repairs done and done quick. It has changed my opinion of GM and has instilled a new found faith in Eagle Chevrolet. Thank You Jason!! More

We had purchased a vehicle about 5 or 6 years ago from this dealership so we are repeat customers; if you will. In the days following that purchase (2001 Subaru Legacy / Outback wagon) we began to have s this dealership so we are repeat customers; if you will. In the days following that purchase (2001 Subaru Legacy / Outback wagon) we began to have some serious problems with it. The dealership attempted to figure it out, but it was one of those things that only happened once in a while. Well finally, I had to take it back to the dealership via a tow truck because it could not be driven safely. This time they could see the problem as well and they found that there had been a recall on the cars for that particular problem. They then followed up and the maintenance was done free of charge at Goldstein Chevrolet in Albany. I had to go there to pick it up, but the car has never given me any problem since. I also never got a bill for anything from Eagle Chevrolet, although their mechanics serviced it as well as what they shipped it to Albany. For this purchase, my husband and I didn't understand that a lease would work best for us, and rather than letting me talk myself out of the best deal, both Jeremy and Frank were instrumental in breaking the information down so that we could better understand and therefore, appreciate the terms of a lease. I would recommend my family and friends to Eagle Chevrolet, hands down, anytime. Thank you! More
