On February 17, 2013, my husband and I went to Eagle Chevrolet in Johnstown, NY, looking to trade up in vehicles for economic reasons. This was the fourth purchase for my husband Gary, from Eagle and that is due to the excellent selection they have in stock, the professionalism of the entire team and the follow through on behalf of the sales representative after you become a customer. We browse the lot even when we are not in need of a new vehicle due to their inventory. Three years ago, I was looking to purchase my first Equinox and they went to great lengths to make my experience a good one and to find the right vehicle for me. As a result, we purchased two vehicles on February 117th, my husband bought a Cruze and I purchased an Equinox. We are both very happy with our vehicles. Larry Flood was our sales representative and he spent so much time assisting us in picking the exact right vehicle and making that it fit our needs. Frank Bellinger worked with us regarding financing and we gave Frank specific perimeters of what our financial needs were and he did everything he could to meet those needs so that we were happy and owners of our new cars. i have been looking for a new vehicle for a while. I have bad credit for starters. I went to Denooyer Chevrolet first. They never gave me a price on trade in and the finance manger was more like a loan shark for the mob. I was treated poorly to say the least. Mind this is after I told them about all the family and how many vehicles were purchased there So I said forget it. Too much of hassle for nothing. Got the run around and was never offered other options. So I have been hearing the advertisement for Eagle Chevrolet. So I decided to take a look at their inventory and took a ride out to Johnstown from Cohoes NY. Myself and my wife walked in and was immediately greeted by a young man. unfortunately I don't remember his name and he introduced us to Harvey. We sat with Harvey and explained what we were looking for and also what happened at Denooyer Chevrolet. I originally wanted to purchase an impala. Harvey showed me a Malibu because that was my second choice and also my price range. He said I have a 2012 Malibu right outside with 10,000 miles. Took it for ride and that was it ,I found my car. Harvey started the paperwork process. Harvey comes back with offer number one and I said the rate and monthly payments were too high. Harvey goes and comes back with another offer. Payment cheaper and the trade in price was out of this world. I traded in 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and got 7100 dollars , suv had over 120000 miles. Harvey took 200 on the spot for down payment and said come in on Monday with the other 800 for 1 total of 1000 down and the car will be ready by 3 pm. Received a call from George Vickers finance manager and said he needed some more info and that he as working on a better rate and payment. I arrived at 4pm and there was the vehicle out front waiting. Signed all the papers and they even put a full tank of fuel. This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle , I have ever made. I would recommend Eagle Chevrolet to everyone. They do all the work and make it easy. This new vehicle is our anniversary present to one another. So this make it a special purchase. So if you need a new vehicle Eagle Chevrolet is the place. They stand by their word. James Provenzano is a dealer for the people and so is all of his staff. All of his staff is kind , courteous and helpful. it does not matter who you are. Everyone is friendly. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Eagle. I will never go near Denooyer again. I recently purchased a 2008 HHR SS from a private seller. A few weeks after buying it the transmission starting acting up so i brought it into eagle. When i walked in the service department i was very nicely A few weeks after buying it the transmission starting acting up so i brought it into eagle. When i walked in the service department i was very nicely greeted by Jason. He offered me a loaner car while they diagnosed my car. Jason called me the next day and informed me that i needed a new transmission, and he already ordered it and my car should be done in just a couple days at no charge because there was warranty left on the car that i didnt know about. My car was done in just a couple days and theres been no issues with it since. Thank you to jason and the Eagle service depatrment for making that a very pleasurable expirence. More
