I purchased a new Impala from them last year, and needed a used car for my daughter to drive back and forth to School, so I tried them first. The salesman was very helpful and treated us well. I brought my Yukon Denali to Eagle service department for quite a bit of work. It needed service, minor body repair, and detailing (lots of detailing with a 7 year old very messy boy). I was given a loaner quite a bit of work. It needed service, minor body repair, and detailing (lots of detailing with a 7 year old very messy boy). I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced. I was informed along the way as to its progress and at what stage they were at with the car. Estimates were on the mark and the car when I got it was running and looking great. Any issues that arose were quickly handled and dealt with they even replaced a headlight (I bought the light) free of charge on a separate visit. They have taken good care of me and loyalty is a two way street. They have been wonderful to me and as a result will continue to get my business. Thanks for taking care of us. More
