I was attracted to the "Dealer for the People" slogan and Toby and Frank definitely lived up to this. Bonnie contacted me to set up my appointment and was very nice and professional. Very friendly employees and service is excellent. Jason has been the main man we have worked with to have our Cadi serviced. He has done his best to give us appointments at times that work for us and his r has been the main man we have worked with to have our Cadi serviced. I received a call from Emily (internet specialist) advising her that i wanted to come in and see what my options are to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used. She set up an appointment on that part advising her that i wanted to come in and see what my options are to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used. She set up an appointment on that particular saturday. We arrived at Eagle Chevrolet and went browsing through the lot. Saleswoman Andrea came right up to us, very pleasant and informative and offered to see what we are interested in and what she could possibly to for us. We took a few vehicles for a test drive and was not able to get into the vehicle that was my first choice. Andrea suggested alternate options, she guided us out to the lot to look at a particular car and i decided to take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the vehicle. Andrea did her absolute best, actually above and beyond to help me finance the vehicle and in my monthly price range. We took the car home on Monday. As I was driving home in the new vehicle, Emily called to see how my appointment on saturday went and i told her i was driving home in a new car, she was pleased as was i. I would most definately deal with Andrea again, she went beyond to help me out, she showed enthusiasm, professionalism, and just went out of her way to make the customer happy.
