Hats off and kudos not only to the dealership but to Andrea Maines and Emily Borge. Two weeks ago I contacted Eagle Chevrolet via their website and before I could get out of the internet, I had an e-ma Andrea Maines and Emily Borge. Two weeks ago I contacted Eagle Chevrolet via their website and before I could get out of the internet, I had an e-mail from Emily. While responding to her e-mail, I received a telephone call from her. I told her I didn't have the best credit in the world and didn't want to waste anyone's time if they could not help me. The next day I spoke with her and she assured me that her dealership could help me out. I went there that afternoon and when I walked in the showroom door I was greeted with an awesome "hello" from Andrea. It was all uphill from there. I looked at a few vehicles and no matter which one I saw, Andrea was right there with a wealth of information and knowledge about each car. She is very intelligent, cheerful and "knows her stuff" about the cars on the lot. I found a car I was interested in and within three hours I was driving home in a new vehicle. She worked with me to get me a payment I was confortable with. There was absolutely no pressure at all - just bottled water, popcorn and a cheery attitude. I saw a vehicle I wanted and she put me in it. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and have never encountered one as friendly and comfortable as Eagle Chevrolet. James Provenzano advertises that he is a "dealer for the people" and I found that out. As long as he has people employed who are as awesome as Andrea and Emily, he will never have to worry about not having customers to sell cars to. When I left the dealership, I left with hugs from two people that were strangers to me but treated me like I had known them all my life. Andrea and Emily keep up the awesome work and you will both be great successes. Thank you, both and Mr. Provenzano for standing by your word. I will recommend your business to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More

We went in to trade a 2006 Ford Explorer for a used car. Andrea showed us some great deals. We then talked to Rich the sales manager about turning in our Nissan Altima also. Harvey was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, straight-forward, and true to his word. Best of all, he wasn't pushy. I went in knowing what I wanted and he helped me make the numbers work. Not traditionally traits of a car salesman! He was a pleasure to work with and has earned my respect and my repeat business if my next car is a Chevy! Harvey was a great salesman,we were looking for a SUV for our extending family and he told us about a few that he would recommend and then let us keep the car overnight to really determine if we liked it. After keeping over night we decided to go with it. We had a 94 honda accord that only ran whenit wanted to with over 225tousand miles on it and they even gave us money towards our new purchase. Harvey did a great job and was not pushy at all we gave him certain guide lines and he was able to meet all of them, including putting us in a brand new 2013 safe 5 star rated car with a payment under 280.00 a month. For the people credit approval process really works and Larry Flood was an awsome dealer he found every possible way there was to get me a great deal. They diagnosed my problem with the electrical system on my 2001 Chevy Suburban and had me fixed and back on the road within the hour. That is why I will go back for anything I need when in the Johnstown area and would even schedule a visit to the area when needing to get my truck service again.
