We drove an hour and a half to eagle chevy, after being assured on the phone that they could get us into something in our price range. We got there and they couldn't do a thing! Offered us some ridiculous assured on the phone that they could get us into something in our price range. We got there and they couldn't do a thing! Offered us some ridiculous deal over a hundred dollars more a month than what we told them we were looking to pay for a 5 year old truck. They tried to tell us we were being unrealistic, we would never get into a truck with our price range. Well let me tell you, we left went to another dealer and not only did we get into a truck, we got a lower payment that we had hoped. For the people.. yea right. They up your trade-in which is wonderful, but they also jack up the prices of the cars/trucks. Never again. Huge waste of time. More

Me and my husband just purchased two vehicles from then and they were absolutely amazing. Anything that we needed or wanted fixed they went out of their way to make sure it was done as soon as possible and were very friendly! They were kind enough to give me a rental car to take home while they serviced my new car and even drove an hour and a half to drop my car off and pick up the rental! They are definitely a dealer i will be doing all my business with we have never found anyone so friendly and accommodating as we did with our salesmen Jon Fahd, he was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had! They could sell ice to an Eskimo. SUCH A HOAX! I cringe at EVERY radio advertisement that I have to hear James Provenzano and his broken promises. All just to lure you in to get your money whether it be in at EVERY radio advertisement that I have to hear James Provenzano and his broken promises. All just to lure you in to get your money whether it be in the lemon they sell or the repeat visits to the service department for them to not fix what you ask or they say they are going to do, OR for it to be returned with an issue it didn’t have prior to leaving it with them. I even wrote the regional and district management a three page letter detailed with our horrific experience...Their response...They can only have concern for GM Certified vehicles and that being ours was a Nissan, James has free range with no penalties...REALLY?? I was told General Motors would call to follow-up as protocol, as well as the sales manager for Eagle Chevrolet. That was in May of 2011. No further contact has been made…again...broken promises. I was warned to stay away and I didn't listen. We ended up putting in another $1,500 into a truck that we were promised if our mechanic found any issues, Eagle Service Dept. would take care of it. SO NOT THE CASE. Then, we got it put in our face that we didn't purchase the Eagle Advantage. WE WERE TOLD ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN 90 DAYS. Five trips, an hour from our home, we still lost our shirts on the vehicle. More
