"Just Horrible! Sexist"

I purchased my vehicle last year and the salesman (Mark Ritchey) was wonderful, but service is very lacking. Going in for my second oil change and I was told that I needed brakes and tires at 11,000 miles. And guess what? Warranty doesn't cover it! really? I need brakes and tires already? I asked to see my vehicle and the mechanic just said that my brakes are thin and tires are weather rotted without showing me exactly. I told them I would have my husband look at it. I asked to speak to the manager hoping to get an explanation, but he was just rude and disrespectful. I wanted to know why I needed brakes and tires at 11,000 miles. it just seemed to soon. Service Manager (Michael - don't know his last name) said that happens and unfortunately it's not covered by warranty. He was more interested in staring down my shirt and flirting and giving excuses rather than hearing me out. When I got up and walked away he made kissing noises! You got me once, but never again. I'll go elsewhere for my vehicle needs. Sales is good, but Service is perverts!

We have very good reason to believe that the events stated above never happened. We have searched our records tirelessly and have determined that no one with a similar situation has been at our dealership. The person who left this review has been contacted and never provided any response much less factual information that this event happened at all. Michael is an extremely reputable employee and has never been accused of anything remotely related to the events described.

"Engine Replacement"

Blown head gasket lead to the engine needing to be replaced. I was worried sick at what it was going to cost, whether it was warrantied or if my family and I would be on foot. Robert did an awesome job of walking me through both the repair and the warranty process, and made sure the vehicle service plan company didn't rip me off (they definitely tried!). The vehicle service plan guys sent a used motor as a replacement. The first one didn't look good so Robert sent it back and made sure they sent a decent one. Jeffrey did a great job of replacing the engine, it runs even better than the old one. I really expected to get raked over the coals with a blown engine, but these guys made the experience much easier to get through and the price was reasonable, especially considering the vehicle service plan could have left me high and dry if Robert hadn't held them accountable.

"Honest, no pressure, sales staff"

We took our 2014 Ram into the James Hodge service department for routine maintenance as we do when we are home and the truck needs service. While waiting I like to look at the new trucks on the lot. Marshal came out, we chatted about trucks in general and one in particular that caught my eye. I told him we really weren’t looking for a truck, ours was great. I mentioned the 2018 to my wife, she said “maybe we should check it out”. We did, Marshal was great, the deal was made, paperwork a breeze. We are now the proud owners of a new truck purchased from an excellent dealership
