I searched a car online, which was initially what brought me into that particular location. I had already got preapproved. I paid a Uber to get there. I was informed that the credit union I received the loan me into that particular location. I had already got preapproved. I paid a Uber to get there. I was informed that the credit union I received the loan from would not release the funds electronically. I had to come into the office and get a physical cashiers check. There was not a shuttle or an accommodation offered for me to go pick up the cashiers check so I had to Uber to the location and I had to Uber to go get the cashiers check and then Uber back to the dealership.Personally ,I felt I did all the legwork. I had already got preapproved. I already had down payment in hand ,all the dealer would have to do was put me in a car. The dealer didn’t even have to shop around for me to get preapproved or anything. I had already taken care of that. I do wish I was offered Transportation at the minimum to go get the cashiers check the car. The car I was put in had a crack in the windshield and there was a nail in the tire so imagine purchasing a car for over $20,000 and seven minutes into driving the car home you’re being notified that you have a flat tire. I had to pull over to a gas station put air in the tire and three days later the same thing happened I got notification of a flat tire. The dealer called me up and asked me how things was going. I informed him that I’m having issues with the tire needing air. He asked me to come back. Why would I drive 35-45 minutes back for you to put air in the tire? I went to a local tire shop and had to pay $35 because there was a nail in the tire. There was no way that I had ran over a nail within seven minutes. The car should have been inspected, and the nail would have been found before I purchased the car and although the crack in the windshield is small, a through inspection would have noticed that as well. I am overall satisfied with my purchase, but it was disappointing for a woman to not be accommodated with Transportation to pick up a cashiers check being that I didn’t have transportation and that I had to pay for a tire repair within 72 hours of purchasing a car for over $20,000. I also came to that particular location for a car I saw online once I got there. The car I purchased was referred to me and I honestly wish I would have went with my first mind with the car that brought me to the location initially I am satisfied with the purchase, but in the future as a customer, I’d like to see the car that brought me in there initially, and then be suggested another model if for some reason I changed my mind about the car I initially came in there for. LBecause now the thought lingers in my mind that the car I was sold was a better option for the dealer and not me. That was my experience in its entirety. More
