Had to wait for car to be checked in, could not just drop off and leave keys without staying in the line of cars. When I picked up my truck (you all had for 2.5 hours) the cost was more than what I was quote off and leave keys without staying in the line of cars. The gentleman assigned to the service (never got up to shake my hand or stood up, just sat in chair), I approached about the mileage sticker being the same mileage as my car and he mentions I really need to go by my truck reading on the computer, I understood this, but I did mention how I was new to there dealership and my old dealership applied when I needed it done. I mentioned I wanted to be satisfied with coming there, then asked about the car wash if they do and mentioned to me that it is only by request on Saturdays...how did I know? I will find another dealership. Not a very professional approach. More
