Jake Dane did an outstanding job assisting me with my vehicle purchase from start to finish and made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Very friendly and professional. Thanks Jake! I was an out-of-state buyer and the dealership handled everything, to include submitting the paperwork for title and registration. There were no hidden fees or pushy staff trying to upsell unwanted add-ons. They explained the services and options that they offered and it was my choice to accept or decline. No one pressed me to purchase things I did not want.

They were professional and courteous and Alan Payne was the best salesman I’ve ever encountered. I’m sending more people to that dealership.

Bought a used truck from freeman and a few days after I got home I noticed the radio was not working. Discovered that the antenna was missing. Call my salesman John and he sent me a new antenna ($113) out of his pocket. Good experience

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!
