The only dealership that has serviced my 2021 GMC Acadia. Brought my car in on 6/1/23 to have the inspection completed. Drove home. (Less than 10 miles). Made it home; about 5 hours later I went to pick my daughter up from cheer practice (less than 10 miles from home), and my engine light is on. Called and left message with James Wood GMC service department but they were closed. Went straight home and noticed my hood felt hot and a strange smell coming from under the hood. To say that I am upset is an understatement!! I will be there early Monday morning for them to explain to me what they did wrong and to fix the problem immediately!!!! More
