I think your service has really fallen off over the three years you have serviced my vehicle. First off I know my car was done and sitting in the garage for twenty minutes before anyone started the paperwo years you have serviced my vehicle. I had to walk back to the counter and see three people sitting there talking and had to tell them I needed to go before they started the paperwork which made me late to my next appointment. Then they call me while I am at my appointment to tell me they had forgotten to replace the cabin filter and had to send a technician to my location to finish the job. This resulted in multiple interruptions in my meeting. You use to wash the car after service but apparently you don't do that anymore. You guys need to remember that customer service iis your product, I can get an oil change or alignment anywhere, I don't have to come to your dealership to get service done on my car. More
