Hello Mr. Martin, Everything went well with the visit and deal, but since i left Wisconsin to come back home to Iowa there's been issues. The gentleman in finance department had issues with getting me plates for Iowa because for some reason i was shown as a resident of Wisconsin, which im not ive lived in Iowa for 7 years, and then was in Illinois for 6 years. I was born and raised in Wisconsin. Anyways he processed a temporary plate for Wisconsin for me so i was able to drive home to Iowa, and was told to wait for confirmation of ownership before calling the finance company Ally Finance to have the title released to Iowa DMV so i could get my tax, title, and registration done and plates done. Well i was not told it takes 3 weeks for Wisconsin to release the title to Iowa DMV, and i only got temp plates to last me until March 1st. Well thats come up now, and my DMV is still waiting for Wisconsin to release the title. So i called Patrick about getting another temp plate so i can continue to drive my vehicle and he said he was having issues doing this. So my dilema now is im going to be stuck without a vehicle after first because i was blindsided by the wait for everything with the Wisconsin and Iowa DMV and i feel i should be able to get another temp plate from the dealership because its taking this amount of time. So if this can be solved and i can get another temp plate that would solve the issue im now having because i was never told of the waiting period of 3 weeks.
