I’m sorry, but I don’t recognize the employees pre-listed on the form. We dealt primarily with Aspen and Doug in sales. I rate both of them at 10 out of 10.

I commented because I was happy with my experience. Did you see that I had to write in “10 out of 10’s” for Doug and Aspen because they weren’t listed in the list of names I was given to rate. I think the finance person I worked with was on the list. He would have gotten a 10 out of 10 if I could have remembered his name. So, your dealership came very close to receiving no rating. Including a list of whom I dealt with and ensuring the staff list in the survey was complete would solve both those problems.

I think I was too brief with my last comment. Some backstory: I did my homework and knew the model, features, and trim level that I wanted before walking in the door. Kia of Janesville was the 4th Kia dealership I communicated with, but they were the first that dealt with me like they were working with me instead of just trying to get me into a car. All of the Kia dealers that I dealt with were exceptionally friendly, but Kia of Janesville were the best at listening to my needs first, then finding a match - instead of using tired sale techniques to shift my focus to a car that was ‘close enough to make the sale’. And, Kia of Janesville has the best (free) hot chocolate.
