The offer for my trade - in was way too low to start, it took hours to get a fair price. A big waste of time for everybody. They will low ball you on your trade in. They said my car was not worth more than $3500, because of some minor body damage (which I understand) and my low tire pressure. The bank they go through for loans will front load some of the interest, so if you have a loan amount in mind, add another $5000-$6000 to it. Don't get me wrong, the salesman Josh was very nice and the guy that does the actual paperwork are both nice, but they definitely hold back information. They were also better to work with than Metro Kia of Madison. More
