After some reflection, I may have jumped the gun. Mark, Roman, and the mechanics have been helpful and professional throughout this process. My concerns are with the reliability of the vehicle itself, not the service, workmanship, or efforts of the staff. I appreciate the communication and work that’s been done so far.
