8 mo ago came to do warranty work on my 2023 kia sportage. Got oil changed tech forgot to add oil next morning brought it back. Was told they would cover anything that came from the tech f'up. 4 mo sportage. Got oil changed tech forgot to add oil next morning brought it back. Car runs rough at light and dies when you wanna go. Last time i asked them to make sure they informed kia what they had done. This time ill make sure. Call to speak to service manager. Not there. Store manager, not there, GM not there. Owner lives in another state...... this is 2pm not 9pm why is no one in charge around? More

I’ve bought 3 cars from this place. Spend 3 hours there. Got an approval but not in the price range we wanna be in.
