Purchased my first new vehicle ever last December. Had a flat tire on it and when I came in to have it fixed, was told they could not patch it because of the location of the nail. Then I was told they did not have the tire in stock and I could buy one with a different tread or come back some other time. Since I had to inflate the tire to even get to the dealership, I purchased the tire. When I questioned about replacing the tires in the next couple of years, I was told the dealership had nothing to do with tire warranties and I would have to contact the tire company myself when it came time to replace all the tires. At that time I might as well go to a tire company where I can be full serviced. More
