The vehicle was brought back within an hour of ownership and they fixed a part that caused oil to leak all over the ground and didn't even want to do that. Wasted 3 hours at the dealership and they claimed to have checked it despite having it on the wrong lift (drive on) where you couldn’t correctly identify hub or driveline noise by rotating wheels. My Kia van broke down and I contacted the Kia dealership closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they g closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I was impressed with their service, communication and professionalism. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes for all of that! More
