Terrible experience. Purchased a 2010 Traverse in December 2019 from them. Paid cash, took 5 hours to complete the deal. As they were pulling the car into the wash, something broke within the startin December 2019 from them. Paid cash, took 5 hours to complete the deal. So they gave us a loaner for a week and "fixed it". 3 days later, wife is at work and it wont start, one $100 tow later its back at Janesville Nissan, this time the fix took 3 weeks with zero communication from them on when it would be done. The car ran good until we turned on the AC and discovered that didn't work. Not under warranty, took it to a shop, discovered multiple leaks, guy said it likely hasnt worked for quite a while. $1300 to fix, once it was "fixed" he discovered another problem which would be $2000. Clearly no inspection was done by these crooks More

The salesman was very friendly and treated me very nicely, however after 2 days of having the car, the CEL came on. I called them, and said they couldn't do anything until they diagnosed it. Quoted at $900 and were willing to give a discount. They were not ready for my car when they promised and never bothered calling me. I spent A LOT of time waiting on the phone trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the service department just to get incomplete answers. I ended up cancelling the appointment and taking my business somewhere else. Also after buying the car, my wife noticed there was no sun visor on the passenger side. That was never disclosed by the seller and when I asked they washed their hands and said it wasn't their problem and I could find one on eBay. On top of that, they sold me a car with Summer tires!! (I found out after I couldn't get up the interstate ramp during the first snowfall!) When I asked about the tires the salesman told they were probably all weather tires since that's what most cars have. Very poor service after you seal the deal. Seriously, buy your cars somewhere else! More
