Jonathan never spoke to me once while my service was being done. Not even to tell me there were 3 items in the 'red zone' that should have been addressed. I was sitting 50 feet away from him in the wait being done. Not even to tell me there were 3 items in the 'red zone' that should have been addressed. I was sitting 50 feet away from him in the waiting room. He sent me an email which I didn't see until I left the dealership. I've never had this happen before at Janesville Subaru. Very disappointing. More
