From shopping there November 2025. Sales staff (Jordan and Eric) were great. I went in to look at one car they had in particular, but wasn't planning on buying from this dealer. Betwe Sales staff (Jordan and Eric) were great. I went in to look at one car they had in particular, but wasn't planning on buying from this dealer. Between the 2 sales staff, they gave me a price on a car that had everything my wife and I wanted, and that matched the price on a different one that I'd looked at that was 2 years older at another dealer. BUT!!! The finance manager (Alec?) was rude/obnoxious and insolent, wouldn't take "No" for an answer (6 times) when I tried to refuse the overpriced extended warranty (the car itself still has factory warranty on it). Even after I said I was going to cancel the sale if he didn't respect my "No", he still tried one more time. I didn't get the extended warranty because I know the dealers add a generous amount to the actual cost of them. I've only met one other finance manager this bad, and I will never do business with that dealer again. Not sure if I'd buy from Janesville Subaru or not, definitely not if Alec was the one to process the deal. More
