Thorough. Seek to completely cover maintenance issues. Friendly. Not pushy at all. Waiting area is comfortable. Honest about if they can or cannot get your car Seek to completely cover maintenance issues. Friendly. Not pushy at all. Waiting area is comfortable. Honest about if they can or cannot get your car in when you want instead of telling you what you want to hear then being unable to accomplish in a reasonable amount of time. Prices on par with the area. Good follow up after the service. More
The people in that building make magic happen. I went in blind and uneducated and I walked away informed and keys in hand. No stress. Car buying can be a scary process but Deana and their manager I went in blind and uneducated and I walked away informed and keys in hand. No stress. Car buying can be a scary process but Deana and their manager Shaun (pardon the spelling if incorrect) are amazing at bringing the understanding and empathy to the table. I bought my first and only car from them this time last year, and I look forward to doing business with them soon! Their honestly and lack of pressure makes the entire process a breeze, because I know they have my back. Family vibes all around. This is why I am coming back and will continue to! More

Beware Hidden Upcharges! They say they installed Auto Armor and Anti-theft protection on every vehicle at the dealership (how do we know?) and then they try to charge over $ They say they installed Auto Armor and Anti-theft protection on every vehicle at the dealership (how do we know?) and then they try to charge over $2600 which is on a secondary "window sticker" (I never saw it) and they bury the charges in the net cost of the vehicle subtotal on the initial estimate form, either hoping you won't notice or you won't challenge because they're already "installed".. Salesman never mentioned the extra cost or the benefits of the plans; came as a surprise in the business manager's office. In my opinion these are worth $500 at most (combined) and they will significantly reduce the price if you argue long enough. They should let the buyer decide if they want these add-ons at a reasonable price. And last I saw they were trying to sell our trade-in for $6000 more than what they gave us without putting on new tires which it desperately needed even though that was the reason for their low-end offer. Only recommend it because it is a nice facility with good choice of vehicles and decently knowledgeable staff. More
Absolutely the most dishonest car dealer I have ever dealt with. (I have bought 9 cars through dealers in the last 40 years). I take responsibility for not following my gut and walking away when I voice dealt with. (I have bought 9 cars through dealers in the last 40 years). I take responsibility for not following my gut and walking away when I voiced concerns to the finance manager I felt something was wrong. But he kept assuring me it was fine. I should not have trusted him. Phil, the General Manager did try to appear that he was trying to make things right but it was a pittance in the overall scheme. Because I didn't follow my instincts I was stuck with some ridiculous charges that they told me were not optional. A$399 anti-theft fee which I still have no clue what I got for that and a $2,295 (less $1,038 that Phil returned for my trouble) fee for "armor protection". Given that this was a former lease car I am sure it already had it. The finance guy was a total xxx. More
