The discounted price of the vehicle was about what I expected and our trade in was valued at a little less than expected. Austin is very personable, not at all pushy, He explained all the features of the new car very well. Austin also over saw the delivery of the car and made sure the prepping and accessories were done correctly. On the day of delivery, we did have to wait a fair amount of time for the business manager to run the paper work. Overall, a very good buying experience because of Austin.. More

Nightmare dealership, love the car We worked with a salesman that worked with us over several weeks to find a car that was right for our family. Way too many phone calls and emails trying to get us into something (12 in one week), but we appreciate the salesman’s willingness to help us find a car that was great. The problems started when we said we were interested in purchasing but didn’t have all the necessary things with us to trade our old car in. It was later in the evening and we had our children with us so we wanted to do everything the next day. The salesman was insistent that we take the new car home with us that night and we could bring everything for the old car with us the next day. 1 1/2 hours later the paper work was ready and finally signed. I made the 2 hour round trip journey to the dealership again the next day with our kids to take all of the stuff for our old car back to the dealership. I thought that was the end of it, however two days later I got a phone call saying the paperwork didn’t line up and we needed to come back and resign. So we had to arrange for us to come down again; at this point, in less than a week of owning the car we’ve had to make 6 hours worth of driving time with our three young children. The dealership filled our gas tank to apologize for the problems, which was nice of them to do. We were already pretty upset that the dealership has made us come down so many times because of lack of attention to details and only wanting to make a sale, no matter the cost. We then got another phone call two days later saying there was yet another thing that needed to be taken care of so another 2 hour round trip is being made. We love the car we purchased but are very upset with Janesville Subaru. They have been fairly callous about all the extra trips they have caused us to make, with the exception of them filling our gas tank. We will never shop there again. More

Unlike the other dealerships that wouldn't stop trying to keep me inside, this one in particular had my only thought about leaving - with my new Mazda. It was a very pleasant experience, what made it so special is the employees throughout the whole process. From the salesmen, manager, to the financial manager, great people who you can really talk to and be reassured they had my best interests in mind. I got a GREAT deal, I couldn't be more satisfied. I will definitely be recommending and coming back for my next car! More

She took the time to find my dream vehicle, then once it was delivered she walked through every single option and function in the car, saving me sitting in the dealer lot for a half hour figuring out the tech in my car in the parking lot.
