The dealership went out of its way to schedule at a time convenient for me and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The problems started when a technician forgot to reconnect something causing my remote start convenient for me and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The problems started when a technician forgot to reconnect something causing my remote start, speakers and smart phone connection to fail. This required a second appointment, loaner car and round trip to the dealership. The dealership compensated me for my inconvenience with a voucher for my next oil change. But that doesn't make up for the mileage on my lease. (I live 33 mi. away - 66 round trip). The reason for the three stars is because the technician put a deep scratch in my center console near the shifter. This is a leased vehicle, and I have been especially meticulous in the vehicle's care. And I don't love the idea of being blamed for the gouge in the glossy console. I look at it every time I get in the car to drive :( More
The salesmen were nice and helped me get approval on a car, however, i've had nothing but problems with this car since. When I picked up the car, the cover to the rear windshield wiper was smashed and tos car, however, i've had nothing but problems with this car since. When I picked up the car, the cover to the rear windshield wiper was smashed and tossed in the back seat. There was also a couple small chips out of the windshield. They did fix the windshield, but it required me having a loner car 6 days and the cover wasnt repaired. A month later, I noticed the breaks squealing. I brought the car in for repairs and they told me that the brakes were fine and that's just how brakes sound. Nothing else was repaired, including the cover on the windshield wipers, still. So I still have an embarrassing squeal every time i brake. Besides the fact that I don't like the car at all, the gas mileage is awful and it's supposed good gas mileage is one of the main reasons I bought the car. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Janesville Subaru. More
