Technicians are pleasant but my problem was not fixed. They said they can't find anything wrong but I'm unable to use the phone through the car because no one can understand me other than the technicians. Looks to me like they either can't determine what's wrong, don't want to fix it, or since I'm a woman, they don't take me seriously. I'm very frustrated and angry. Brand new Ascent.
