It was easy for me to make a service appointment that was convenient for me. I was checked in at the appointed time. This dealership provided what I needed in a timely fashion. They have a 3% credit card fee that they don’t tell you about unless you read the small sign. Overpriced like you’d expect at a dealership, but I need a Subaru diagnostics for my regular mechanic so it was worth the $145 to have a thorough diagnostics by trained Subaru technicians. Expensive, but I’ll save a lot more than that with my local mechanic so it works out. More
