Purchase a new Truck during a pandemic While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth busine While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth businesses working through these crazy times. The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first. More

Lied and we're dishonest Lied to me about waiting for a manager and then lied to me saying they didn't want a trade for the vehicle I was interested in. Called back and talked Lied to me about waiting for a manager and then lied to me saying they didn't want a trade for the vehicle I was interested in. Called back and talked to the next level manager and was told they sold the truck over the phone 30 minutes earlier - when I was waiting for them to call me back. I was ready to drive to the dealership but now I would not recommend them and won't buy from them. Dishonest business practice, if they lie about something this simple what else are they hiding? More
