Jarrett Ford may be the self proclaimed best but if you own a hybrid vehicle avoid them like the plague. Service section thinks they know all and do not need to follow Ford service/testing procedures. We own a hybrid vehicle avoid them like the plague. Service section thinks they know all and do not need to follow Ford service/testing procedures. We had our hybrid towed in because the battery system had discharged. Service section plunged in a scan tool, made up a bill for diagnostics, and said we can not charge it we have to get a charger sent from ford your battery is dead. Total incompetence, but pay the cashier cause we plugged in the scan tool and got the diagnostics that we can not give you a copy of for your hybrid. More
