The service people are generally nice and the service is average. I had what I thought were new rotors installed on my call but they were just grinded. six weeks later I’m traveling up north and had the rot average. I had what I thought were new rotors installed on my call but they were just grinded. six weeks later I’m traveling up north and had the rotors looked at at another Ford dealership and they questioned the quality of the work. They fixed it and it worked just fine after they did it. I spoke with Jarrett Ford service and they said there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the warranty. More
