The 10,000 mile check up was done professionally and with very courteous people in the dealership. This dealership is very busy. I brought my car in at 6:55 AM. The dealer opens at 7:00AM. The service has been great, unfortunately, neither you or ford has been able to fix my problem. The driver's door locks on its own, all other doors are open. Neither your service department nor I have not been able recreate the circumstances. This is extremely frustrating, We have left the car on two separate occasions and been inconvenienced with dropping car off and rental cars. I know in the overall scheme of things this may not be a big deal, but I am 76 years old so it is a big deal for me. We are still trying to have it happen - climb over the seat and drive it to the dealership. More

I believe I got good service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They showed me the two filters that they said needed replacing and I agreed.
