There was no hassle and they were straightforward and honest in my opinion. Bob was a pleasure to work with and took the time to go over all the vehicles options. Defective Parts Issue Charlotte County Ford continues to assist me with making repairs caused by defective Ford shocks on my 2013 Ford Expedition. This has been an ongoing Charlotte County Ford continues to assist me with making repairs caused by defective Ford shocks on my 2013 Ford Expedition. This has been an ongoing problem with the most recent set of rear shocks lasting 3 months. I have also had similar problems with the front struts. Until Ford builds a dependable replacement shock / strut I suspect the problem to continue and hopefully Charlotte County Ford will continue to stand by me. Ford would be wise to offer extended warranty to other Expedition owners with this problem, apparently this is nothing new. More
