Easy hassle free purchase Found my new vehicle at this dealership online through ford.com. The vehicle was in transit from the factory when I contacted the dealership. Nicole and Meghan were very helpful and pleasant when they were providing information and updates about the vehicle. Nicole kept in touch via email as I awaited the arrival of the vehicle and providing documents needed for purchase. Bob and his manager Paul made the negotiation and purchase process simple. There was no hassle and they were straightforward and honest in my opinion. Bob was a pleasure to work with and took the time to go over all the vehicles options. The finance gentleman, whose name escapes me, was also a pleasure to deal with and explained everything thoroughly. This was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have had, which is a good thing seeing as I live 2.5hrs from the dealership. More
Defective Parts Issue Charlotte County Ford continues to assist me with making repairs caused by defective Ford shocks on my 2013 Ford Expedition. This has been an ongoing Charlotte County Ford continues to assist me with making repairs caused by defective Ford shocks on my 2013 Ford Expedition. This has been an ongoing problem with the most recent set of rear shocks lasting 3 months. I have also had similar problems with the front struts. Until Ford builds a dependable replacement shock / strut I suspect the problem to continue and hopefully Charlotte County Ford will continue to stand by me. Ford would be wise to offer extended warranty to other Expedition owners with this problem, apparently this is nothing new. More
Needed a new battery They charged way too much for just a battery and I asked them to check out my driver seat because we just purchased from them a new panel and it only They charged way too much for just a battery and I asked them to check out my driver seat because we just purchased from them a new panel and it only goes back and forth it does not go up or down when car was finished I asked about the front drivers seat and was told I had to go back to service don't understand why because I asked them when I checked in and the guy said no problem. I was very disappointed with the service today. More
