Service started with a very professional and polite service writer taking information down . I went into a customer lounge, coffee and donuts were there, at no cost. Half way thru my coffee and donut, my name was called, my car was ready. Less than 15 minutes. Wow!! Great service, best of all this car qualified for a “FREE” first oil change. Routine maintenance Brought my F150 in for routine service and to have the right side outside mirror repaired. As soon as I pulled into the service lane I was greeted by one of the porters. He said that a service writer would be with me in a moment, and he was correct. The advisor was very polite and knowledgeable, understood what I needed done. My total wait time was seventy minutes from when I arrived and when I left. The repair was done correctly, and even the oil reset light was reset, which sometimes is forgotten at other establishments. Great Service More
