I called to get an estimate and schedule service on my Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return call. Several days and no return call later, I called again and was put through to voice mail. Left the same message and let them know that this was my second call. Never received a call back, so I took my business elsewhere. Called another Ford dealer and spoke to a person in their service department who gave me a price and scheduled the work for two days later. They will be getting my future business and recommendation.
