Service department is the worst I have ever encountered. I made a appointment for 7:30 and arrived at 7:20 and apparently they open at 8. Barry Joubert was a good salesperson and we agreed upon a deal. He is not the issue at this dealership. The Sales Manager is the problem. Sales manager tanked the deal in the middle of preparation for deal. He is not the issue at this dealership. The Sales Manager is the problem. Sales manager tanked the deal in the middle of preparation for Hurricane Milton. Jacked up price by $5K. xxxxxxx sales manager reneged on a deal we had made last week. I sent in credit application and told them I was waiting on my Progressive check since my car flooded out during Helene. I am literally boarding up my windows for the Milton hurricane that is coming and he's trying to pull a fast one on me. Luckily I checked the numbers before signing anything. This xxxxxxx sales manager jacked up the price on me today (10/7) by $5K. We agreed on Friday (10/4) that Barry was going to close the deal on Friday (10/11). I have all this in email communication. Do not deal with this scummy dealership trying to take advantage of people who has to deal with Hurricane issues. More
