I don't know what to say except THANK YOU!!! From the minute Caitlyn answered the phone our experience was awesome! We were on vacation and in serious need of service. We had a misfire on a cylinder in the back of the engine, of course, during our trip. We were about to tear apart the engine in the driveway of our rental house! Something I was NOT looking forward to! I called Jarrett Gordon Ford and Caitlyn was able to get us in right away and alleviate our stress and make it possible to not miss dinner with some out of town friends!
