The Jarrett family purchased their first dealership in 1978. Since that time they have added four additional Ford dealerships in central Florida, serving the communities of Plant City, Dover, Seffner, Valrico, Brandon, Lithia, Tampa, Lakeland, Kathleen, Polk City, Mulberry, Bartow, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Avon Park, and Zephyrhills. The Jarrett Ford Automotive group now boasts the largest inventory of new and used Fords anywhere in Central Florida!

Terrible service department! I originally took my truck in for service for a distance to empty issue back in April 2023. I took it in Monday they called the same day saying they I originally took my truck in for service for a distance to empty issue back in April 2023. I took it in Monday they called the same day saying they need to take another look at it and they would like to give me a loaner on Thursday of the same week. Never heard from them. I took my truck in for an oil change in June and asked if they had an update on the issue I brought in for in April and my service advisor said that the part is on back order, which was a lie because they didn’t get a chance to look at it. I called the Service Department manager July 10th 2023 and he said we will make you “top priority “ and call you Thursday the 13th to bring it in. Never heard from them. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!I! More
