My son had an excellent experience at Jarred Ford of Dade City, Florida. Salesperson Ayman Abouelsoud provided him with straightforward, no-haggle pricing, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Finance Manager Krista Williamson was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. We highly recommend Jarred Ford to anyone looking for a transparent and customer-focused car buying experience.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. - Bad Service

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Brand new Mustang went in for repairs for same problem 4 times and twice for a more major problem in a 14 month period. They cannot fix, they just reset modules or claim they update software. Spoke to Service Director Matt Cullen on Sept 14 and he agreed this does not solve problem. He was supposed to meet with service manager and call me back by Sept 21. Never happened. Still waiting over 10 days. Waste of time and money- zero rating for this dealership and Ford products.
