When I returned home with the vehicle, I took it to the muffler shop to have the exhaust changed, and before a mechanic even put a hand on the vehicle they asked if I new I had a manifold leak? I responded, "No!", as I had just purchased the vehicle. So obviously, the used cars go through some sort of inspection, and for someone to know there was a manifold leak by just listening to the vehicle shows that this SHOULD have been noticed and HANDLED, by someone at your location. Second thing that bothers me is that the front passenger door does not unlock or lock when you try to lock the vehicle. Please tell me how this was not discovered when I am sure y'all do not leave your vehicles unlocked when they are just sitting on the lot in the middle of the night. These two issues will cost about $1,000 to repair. I do understand that I bought a used vehicle, but at the same time your employee stressed the importance of honesty and letting me know any and all problems with the vehicle before I bought it that y'all knew of. It is impossible that your dealership did not know of these problems. I did not write this because I am mad that there are problems with the USED vehicle, I would have just appreciated someone letting me know what problems the vehicle currently has. Another note, is that I came into dealership with my own financing from my bank intending purchase my vehicle, but the financing department beat the rate that my bank offered by a substantial percentage.
