Upon arrival the car was ready and in front making it easy to look over. The salesman, Randy Gyer was very helpful, courteous and not pressuring. Overall I can say it was a great experience. The last 2 vehicles I purchased from another dealer in another town left me feeling as if I had been in a fight and uncertain who won. Our experience at James Hodge was far beyond expectations! We often wondered why we saw so many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles on the road in Paris, Tx. Once we visited James Hodge and some other d expectations! We often wondered why we saw so many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles on the road in Paris, Tx. Once we visited James Hodge and some other dealerships, we knew the reason. We were treated like royalty!! We were met on the driveway by L.J. Mead and he helped in every way possible to get us the car we wanted. At the time we visited James Hodge, we were shopping and had not decided on a car. Chrysler was on our list with two other cars. We visited the two other dealerships, and had very different experiences with the sales personnel. L.J. was on top of everything and always willing to have us call with questions. We met other staff who stopped by to introduce themselves and also to offer to help if needed. Every person we met at James Hodge was smiling, friendly and knew their products! We told L.J. when we first met him that we were interested in a certain model car with all the bells and whistles. He told us that the car we were referencing was a limited edition and they did not have one at this time. Within a few days while we were still deciding and looking, L.J. called to tell us that he had found the car of our dreams in Mississippi.....talk about going the extra mile!!That going the extra mile is what separates James Hodge from others. We took delivery of this beautiful car and L.J. was there to teach us how to use all the features. When we drove away from the dealership, he told us to call with any questions or drop by and he would help. Another thing, my husband wanted different tires and that was no problem......they were on the car when we picked it up!! I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I think I would be joining a huge crowd of James Hodge supporters! More
