Check emissions light was on. Advised we needed an echeck soon. They advised what needed to be done along with $3200 of other items. We asked just fix what was needed to get through the echeck. Cost was $500. Five failed echecks later the emissions light came back on. Took back in for a 3rd time. They proceeded to tell us they needed to do additional work for more cost. No empathy from the manager. No apologies for the last 2 months of going back and forth. No self reflection on their part that maybe they misdiagnosed the problem. Horrible experience overall. We are now in a market for a new car. Obviously will never purchase a vehicle through jay Honda and will advise friends and family the same. More
